FAQ
Are you really queer owned and operated?
Yes! Our founder is a queer woman with children also in the LGBTQ+ community. Our content is written by LGBTQ+ people and our designs are made by LGBTQ+ creators. It is important to us that the products made for and marketed to our community also directly benefit our community. For more information on our commitment to this, check out our Inclusion Promise.
Can I really get my favorite design on a different item?
Yes! As a small business we have the flexibility to create products on the fly. Let us know if you see a design on a classic fit tee that you’d like to have on a tank, or crop, or hoodie, or a different cut, or a tote bag, or a...you see where we’re headed with this.
Pride Tee Shop is your space to find authentic ways to express yourself that also make you feel good.
How long will it take to get my item?
Orders typically process within 3 business days and then they’re on their way to you. Shipping time depends on the method you choose at checkout.
Please allow a few extra processing days during the months of May and June.
In what other ways do you support the LGBTQ+ community?
We’re glad you asked! Pride Tee Shop will donate a portion of your sale to organizations that support the LGBTQ+ community. We are deliberate with our donations, for instance sales from our Black Pride collections benefit organizations that serve Black and Brown LGBTQ+ people.
From time to time we'll also launch external LGBTQ+ projects, such as the Rainbow Sheep Ornament Project.
We also offer the option at checkout for any customer to add an additional donation to their purchase.
Can my LGBTQ+ organization get on your support list?
Yes! We offer a fundraising partnership that is available to everyone. Email us at hello@prideteeshop.com and we’ll set up a special code that you can share with your supporters. Pride Tee Shop will donate a portion of all sales using that code on your behalf to the approved LGBTQ+ organization of your choice.
What do you mean by approved?
We won’t participate in fundraising activities for organizations that discriminate, promote hate, or engage in transphobic narratives. Partner organizations have to be an approved 501(c)(3) in good standing in order to receive donations directly.
If you want to fundraise for an organization that is not a 501(c)(3) non-profit (for instance, you want to raise money for LGBTQ+ programming at your school) we can work through our partner non-profit Equality Collective. Reach out and we'll work together to make it happen.
